PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Jafra is looking for an outgoing, highly organized individual to join our Marketing team. This role will play an important part in the development of our promotional catalog and website merchandising and product launches. The successful candidate will have the know-how to come in and quickly support the team but also the energy and passion to grow in the position, taking on bigger creative opportunities along the way.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Own a variety of advertising merchandising and product launches projects from start to finish to drive sales. Responsibilities will include providing the copy for the monthly catalog, yearly catalog, web product information and new product launches information, working closely with stakeholders as well as providing clear, consolidated feedback to meet timelines and ensure best in class creative.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to bring various design projects to completion
Support maintenance of our internal marketing asset website ensuring new creative is uploaded and featured on homepage as needed.
Route creative through legal/regulatory for review, for all product launches.
Some travel may be required.
Provide creative and content support for other projects as needed
Process invoices, POs and assist in some budget management
Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift, Remote – Must reside in Dallas, TX

QUALIFICATIONS

A creative eye with the willingness to learn
Ability to manage many projects at once while demonstrating composure and flexibility under tight deadlines
Have strong communication, problem solving, and organization skills – bilingual preferred
Willingness to share innovative ideas and solutions with the team to improve process
Team player mindset and ability to build strong relationships
Beauty products experience is a plus
